与国外相比,目前中国学者对于企业家精神的相关研究还处于起步阶段。大多研究仍着重测量企业家个性特点或动机倾向或采用教育背景等人口统计变量来识别企业家。国际上,一些学者提出这类思路会把企业家精神的研究带入困境,而将注意力转向态度理论。Robinson等人据此设计出企业家精神导向量表。本文通过引进此量表,首次在中国社会检验其有效性,结果显示,企业家和非企业家在四个子量表和三个维度上均不存在显著差异,我们进而对相关原因进行了探讨,并给出今后研究方向。
Compared with foreign countries, the current research on entrepreneurship by Chinese scholars is still in its infancy. Most studies still focus on measuring entrepreneur personality traits or motivations or using demographic variables such as education background to identify entrepreneurs. Internationally, some scholars have suggested that such thinking will bring the study of entrepreneurial spirit into predicament, and turn their attention to attitude theory. Based on this, Robinson et al. Designed the Entrepreneurial Spiritual Orientation Scale. This article, by introducing this scale, first tests its validity in Chinese society. The results show that there is no significant difference between the four sub-scales and the three dimensions for entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs, and then we discuss the related reasons, And give the future research direction.
