利用小麦水培试验,研究了硒(Na2SeO3)和土壤富里酸(Fulvicacid,FA)对小麦幼苗糖代谢的影响.结果表明,硒在植物生长的初期可以促进幼苗糖代谢,可溶性糖含量和α淀粉酶活力明显增加,富里酸对这一过程有抑制作用.处理1周和2周后,硒开始抑制植株糖代谢,富里酸可减轻抑制作用.由实验结果分析知,可溶性糖含量与α淀粉酶活力保持良好的相关性,说明相互作用机理是通过应激相关酶体系实现的.
The effects of selenium (Na2SeO3) and soil fulvic acid (FA) on the sugar metabolism of wheat seedlings were studied using wheat hydroponic experiments. The results showed that selenium could promote sugar metabolism of seedlings in the early stage of plant growth, soluble sugar content and α-amylase activity increased significantly, and fulvic acid inhibited this process. After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, selenium began to inhibit plant sugar metabolism, and fulvic acid could reduce the inhibitory effect. The experimental results show that the soluble sugar content and α-amylase activity maintained a good correlation, indicating that the mechanism of interaction is through stress-related enzyme system.
