要加强大学生就业观的教育,首先必须认真分析其不健康就业观产生的根源。通过对大学生就业观现状及存在问题的产生原因分析,提出帮助大学生树立健康就业观的建议,以期帮助当代大学生在面临就业、择业问题时能合理地定位自己,最终能及时顺利的就业,实现自身的人生价值。
