《GB 4789.40-2010食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验阪崎肠杆菌检验》~([1])(以下简称《GB4789.40》),自2010年颁布(替代国家推荐标准《GB/T 4789.40-2008食品卫生微生物学检验阪崎肠杆菌检验》)并实施以来,对于强化和规范阪崎肠杆菌检验,起到了其应有的作用。但随着国际上对阪崎肠杆菌的研究进展和对阪崎肠杆菌检验的改进,《GB 4789.40》存在的问题日益突出。本文拟探讨
