研究外源GA3 处理对柑橘‘红柿柑’果皮内源激素、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量变化的影响 ,并探讨其与色泽变化的关系。结果表明 :外源GA3 处理较对照提高了果皮GA3 、ZT的水平 ,抑制了叶绿素下降和类胡萝卜素、β 隐黄质的合成与积累 ,最终表现为柑橘果实色泽发育受阻。
The effects of exogenous GA3 on the changes of endogenous hormones, chlorophyll and carotenoid contents in pericarp of citrus ’Citrus’ were investigated, and the relationship between them and the color change was also discussed. The results showed that the exogenous GA3 increased the levels of GA3 and ZT in the pericarp and inhibited the chlorophyll decline and the synthesis and accumulation of carotenoids and β cryptoxanthin. The results showed that the color development of citrus fruits was blocked.
