小学学校的德育管理工作和安全问题是否得到顺利解决关系到一所学校是否能有序运行,也是影响学校教学质量的重要因素之一。在传统的小学学校管理教学工作中,经常采用一些教条、僵硬程序化的教学手段进行管理,很明显已经不适应现代化教学对学校管理工作的要求。将教育理论知识与教学管理实践相结合,以提高学校的德育管理水平,努力应对学校安全问题为主旨,提出了一些创建和谐、安全校园的方法及策略。
It is also one of the important factors that affect the quality of teaching in schools that whether the management of moral education in primary schools and the security problems are smoothly solved depends on whether a school can be run in an orderly manner. In the traditional primary school management teaching work, often using some dogma, rigid procedural teaching methods for management, it is clear that they have not adapted to the modern teaching of school management requirements. The combination of educational theoretical knowledge and teaching management practices to improve the school’s moral education management, efforts to address the issue of school safety, put forward some methods and strategies to create a harmonious and safe campus.
