为展示援建西藏电网的实际效果,本文以笔者在国网西藏电力有限公司作为专责工程师从事三个月生产准备的工作经历和切身感受,讨论了国网西藏电力有限公司生产准备工作管理及生产技术人员管理,详细分析了存在的问题。并通过圆满完成援藏工作的实践,表明了所述方法的迫切性、正确性和有效性。
In order to demonstrate the actual effect of aiding the construction of Tibet Power Grid, based on the author’s work experience and experience in preparing for three months as the sole engineer of State Grid Tibet Power Co., Ltd., the author discusses the management of production preparation and production of State Grid Tibet Power Co., Ltd. Technical staff management, a detailed analysis of the existing problems. And through the successful completion of the practice of aid to Tibet, this method shows the urgency, correctness and effectiveness.
