现行征地补偿方法存在欠严谨、弹性较大等问题，采用收益还原法、市场比较法、假设开发法及净现值法进行多途径测算征地补偿标准，并综合分析多方面因素，则可确定较为科学合理的征地补偿标准。这对建立完善的征地补偿制度、防止征地补偿的随意性、科学合理地确定征地补偿标准具有重要的现实意义。
