电力机车作为电气化铁路运输生产主要牵引动力。提高机车运用效率是减少机车能耗、提高运输产能、缩短机车乘务员工作时间、降低运输成本等的重要手段。科学运用机车,缩短机车全周转时间,在运用机车数量相同的条件下,完成更多的牵引任务是铁路运输组织与管理中的一项重要内容。本文从机车全周转时间入手,机车全周转时间包括纯运转时间、中间站停留时间、本段和折返段停留时间、本段和折返段所在站停留时间,分析影响机车运用效率因素,进而提出解决方案。
Electric locomotives as the main traction power of electrified railway transportation. Improving locomotive utilization efficiency is an important means to reduce locomotive energy consumption, increase transport capacity, shorten the working hours of locomotive crew, and reduce transportation costs. Using locomotives scientifically to shorten the turnaround time of locomotives and completing more traction tasks under the same conditions of locomotive number is an important part of railway transport organization and management.
