领导行为权变在实践中具有比较重要的功能与意义。正确的领导行为权变有利于调动下级人员的积极性和顺利实现领导目标,提高领导工作的绩效,反之,则可能导致领导行为的低效或失效。领导行为权变要有效地发挥出正向功能与作用,避免可能带来的负面影响和缺陷,应符合一定的规范与要求,同时,需要领导干部提高正确判断形势能力,增强责任感,完善领导行为规范体系。
Change of leadership behavior in practice has more important functions and significance. Proper leadership behavior contingency is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of the lower-level staff and successfully achieve the leadership objectives, improve leadership performance, on the contrary, it may lead to inefficient or failure of leadership behavior.
