目的分析健康教育影片应用于家—校健康用眼教育干预效果,为开展学生及其家长的健康知识认知教育和建立健康行为提供良好的教辅材料。方法根据视力的家庭相关因素基线调查结果及文献资料自编剧本,用数码技术摄制成影音文件,并以相同核心信息制成不同载体的宣传画,应用于家庭和学校。以材料应用的依从性、相关知识知晓率、信息接受率作为应用效果综合评价指标,分别以2所条件相当的城市小学一年级新生及其家长作为目标人群,通过现场观察、电话、提问、问卷方式获取材料评价信息,作情景影片观看前后认知率、2种材料应用依从性比较。结果6个班369名低龄学童及其家长观看情景影片后,低龄学童对情景影片新信息答对率为98.7;家长对情景影片的相关知识知晓率由原来的6.7上升到98.8,家长对2种材料需求的依从性差异有统计学意义(χ2=277.02,P=0.00);只有46.7的被调查户实行“学童健康行为”奖励。结论应用情景影片进行教育干预,受众依从性高,信息传、受快捷完全,能重复使用、成本低,是一款适合现代家庭和学校健康教育的教材。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of health education videos in home-school health eye education interventions, and to provide good supplementary materials for students and their parents’ health knowledge education and health behaviors. Methods According to the baseline investigation results of family-related factors of visual acuity and the literature materials, the video and audio files were photographed using digital technology. Posters of different carriers were made with the same core information and applied to families and schools. The application of material compliance, awareness of relevant knowledge, and information acceptance rate were used as comprehensive evaluation indicators for application effectiveness. Two elementary school freshmen and their parents with the same conditions were used as target groups. The observations, telephone calls, questions, and questionnaires were performed on site. Ways to obtain material evaluation information, pre- and post-view video perceptions, and compliance with 2 materials. Results After 369 young children and their parents watched scenes videos in 6 classes, the correct rate of new information for young children was 98.7; the awareness of parents about the scenes was increased from 6.7 to 98.8, and the parents had 2 materials. There was a statistically significant difference in compliance with demand (χ2=277.02, P=0.00); only 46.7 households surveyed implemented the “Health Behavior of School Children” award. Conclusion The use of scenario films for educational interventions has high audience compliance, complete and rapid information transfer, and can be used repeatedly and at a low cost. It is a textbook suitable for modern family and school health education.
