用石英晶体微天平(QCM)为主要手段研究了Zn在相对湿度为90%和SO_2含量为10-6的条件下,NaCl对Zn大气腐蚀初期(20h)动力学的影响结果表明:新鲜表面和在干燥器中放置10d的表面的Zn腐蚀均呈现近似线性规律。NaCl的存在使得放置 10 d的 Zn的腐蚀开始阶段呈现一定程度的加速,而后产生抑制作用;对新鲜Zn表面在本实验研究时限内则促进了腐蚀.Zn表面存在一定量的氧化膜是 NaCl对 Zn在 SO2环境条件下起缓蚀作用的重要条件,
The effect of NaCl on the kinetics of initial atmospheric corrosion (20h) of Zn under the condition of relative humidity 90% and SO 2 10-6 was studied by means of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The results show that the fresh surface and The Zn corrosion in the desiccator placed on the surface of 10d showed an approximate linearity. The presence of NaCl accelerates the corrosion of Zn at 10 days and then inhibits it, and promotes the corrosion of fresh Zn within the time limit of this study. The presence of a certain amount of oxide film on the Zn surface is an important condition for NaCl to act as a corrosion inhibitor for Zn under the environmental conditions of SO2,
