目的:比较不同类型大孔树脂对于麻黄细辛附子汤中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱的洗脱性能。方法:采用HPLC-DAD对D101,HPD-100,HPD-722,HPD-400这4种树脂不同洗脱部位中5种生物碱的含量进行测定,并计算其洗脱率。结果:HPD-722型大孔树脂对复方中5种生物碱的富集作用最好,2种麻黄碱和3种单酯型乌头碱分别在30%和50%Et OH洗脱部位具有较高的洗脱率。结论:HPD-722型大孔树脂可用于麻黄附子细辛汤中生物碱类成分的富集纯化。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the elution properties of different types of macroporous resins for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, benzoyl mesaconitine, benzoyl aconitine and benzoyl aconitine in ephedra Asarum aconite decoction. Methods: The contents of five alkaloids in different elution fractions of D101, HPD-100, HPD-722 and HPD-400 were determined by HPLC-DAD, and their elution rates were calculated. Results: HPD-722 macroporous resin had the best effect on the enrichment of five alkaloids in the compound prescriptions. The two kinds of ephedrine and the three mono-aconitine aconitines were more effective at the elution fractions of 30% and 50% EtOH, respectively High elution rate. CONCLUSION: HPD-722 macroporous resin can be used for the enrichment and purification of alkaloids in Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction.
