应用惠更斯原理设计了球-块主动消振式往复滑动摩擦磨损试验机,摩擦副运行过程无系统冲击,通过对比试验得出消振装置能有效消除往复滑动过程中两表面微凸体冲击所形成的摩擦振动,从而使得往复滑动过程中的磨损量和切削磨粒得以减少.从摩擦热力学的角度认为摩擦功可通过外界施加信号主动转换为热能,并分析了摩擦振动与其他磨损影响因素的相关性.
