本文利用Fluent有限元分析软件对改进前后的涂油刀梁内部流场进行了模拟仿真,对静电涂油机在实际工作速情况下出现的雾化效果下降的现象做出了详细的分析解释,得出将矩形油槽②的结构改成中间为凸起状的三角形油槽后,可以较大提高油液在刀梁出口处速度的均匀性的结论,为静电涂油机新型涂油刀梁的设计和研制提供了一定的理论依据。
In this paper, the finite element analysis software Fluent was used to simulate the flow field inside the oil-filled beam before and after the improvement. The phenomenon that the atomizing effect decreased when the electrostatic oiler was working was analyzed and explained in detail.
