【目的】观察比较胃实寒证、胃虚寒证模型大鼠造模后第1、3、5、7天的胃组织病理变化。【方法】分别灌服寒凉药复制大鼠胃实寒证、胃虚寒证模型。于造模后第1、3、5、7天分别麻醉处死动物,取胃组织制成病理切片,光镜下观察空白组、胃实寒证组、胃虚寒证组大鼠胃黏膜的病理学改变。【结果】与空白组比较,胃实寒证、胃虚寒证大鼠均出现炎细胞浸润、腺体破坏(P<0.01),黏膜充血水肿无显著性差异。与胃虚寒证组比较,胃实寒证大鼠造模后第1、3天胃组织炎细胞浸润及腺体破坏程度均更为严重(P<0.05或P<0.01),第5天腺体破坏程度较胃虚寒证大鼠严重(P<0.05),第7天胃实寒证组与胃虚寒证组炎细胞浸润、腺体破坏均无显著性差异。胃实寒证大鼠随造模后时间的推移胃黏膜有明显的恢复。胃虚寒证大鼠在造模后1周内出现轻度炎细胞浸润和轻微腺体破坏,随时间的推移胃黏膜恢复不明显。【结论】胃实寒证大鼠造模后第1、3、5天的病理损伤较胃虚寒证严重,但胃实寒证大鼠造模后1周内胃黏膜恢复速度明显快于胃虚寒证。
【Objective】 To observe and compare gastric pathological changes on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th days after modeling in rats with stomach deficiency syndrome and stomach deficiency syndrome. 【Methods】 Cold and cold medicine were respectively given to the rats for cold stomachache and stomach deficiency syndrome. The animals were anesthetized and sacrificed on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th days after the model was established, respectively. The pathological sections were made from the stomach tissue. The gastric mucosa of the rats in the control group, Neo-Confucianism changes. 【Results】 Compared with the blank group, inflammatory cells infiltration, glandular destruction (P <0.01) and mucosal hyperemia and edema showed no significant difference in both gastric cold syndrome and stomach deficiency syndrome. Compared with the gastric deficiency syndrome group, the infiltration of gastric cells and the destruction of glandular cells were more severe (P <0.05 or P < Body destruction than severe deficiency syndrome rats (P <0.05), the first 7 days of gastric cold group and stomach deficiency syndrome inflammatory cell infiltration, gland destruction no significant difference. Stomach cold syndrome rats with the passage of time after the gastric mucosa obvious recovery. Gastric cold syndrome rats showed mild inflammatory cell infiltration and slight gland destruction within 1 week after modeling, and gastric mucosa recovery was not obvious with the passage of time. 【Conclusion】 The gastric mucosa recovered faster on the 1st, 3rd, 5th days after modeling in rats with gastric real cold syndrome than in the stomach deficiency syndrome, Cold syndrome.
