变电站建筑是工作人员生活工作的重要场所,而屋面雨水渗漏问题不仅给运行人员的日常工作、生活带来很多不便,而变电站中包含各种电力设备,一旦发生屋面雨水渗漏很容易导致变电站发生漏电事故,不仅严重威胁运行人员的生命安全,还给当地带来不可估量的经济损失,所以应采取有效措施,消除变电站建筑屋面渗漏隐患。本文借鉴我公司近两年施工的文山±500k V富宁换流站、丽江±500k V金官换流站、曲靖500k V喜平变电站等房屋建筑屋面施工经验,分析了变电站建筑屋面渗漏问题,阐述了相应防渗漏措施,以供参考。
