血清学方法是研究病毒和鉴定病毒的重要手段,目前国内外已广泛地应用于人、畜传染性病害、植物病害的快速诊断、病毒株系分类鉴别、病毒亲缘关系的分析,病毒潜伏性及流行病学等方面研究。但有关昆虫病毒抗血清的制备及应用,在国内尚未见报导。为了进一步探索木毒蛾病毒的世代传递途径,传布媒介、潜伏传染过程及各虫期与各组织器官带毒体检测等方法,1978—1980年,我们对木毒蛾核多角体病毒(NPV)抗血清的制备与应用方法进行了初步探讨,现将几年来的研究结果报导如下:
