文化环境是人类在物质、精神和制度等方面长期形成的历史与现实的生活背景。它在影响人的价值创造活动的同时,也会受到人类活动的制约。企业文化环境如何,会直接决定企业的生存和发展,而企业领导者的价值取向,也会反过来作用于企业的文化环境。所以,自本世纪以来,各国企业界都热衷于对企业文化环境的研究。我国自80年代起,来自企业家、人文社会学者的企业文化研究成果逐步增加,但专门探讨其文化背景的仍所见不多。本文试图就此以三个相互关联的层次提出个人看法。
The cultural environment is the long-established historical and realistic background of life in terms of material, spiritual and institutional aspects. While it affects people’s value creation activities, it will also be constrained by human activities. How the corporate cultural environment will directly determine the survival and development of the enterprise, and the value orientation of the corporate leader will also in turn affect the corporate cultural environment. Therefore, since the beginning of this century, the business circles of all countries have been keen to study the corporate culture and environment. Since the 1980s, the research results of corporate culture from entrepreneurs, humanities and social scholars have gradually increased, but there is still little to see about their cultural background. This article attempts to present personal opinions on three interrelated levels.
