Al and Mo alloying are widely used as the base metal alloy of titanium. Al and Mo are generally mixed with titanium sponge in the form of an intermediate alloy. Therefore, the master alloy must be brittle and easily broken into fine particles that can be mixed well with the sponge titanium. The purpose of the present invention is to make titanium as a matrix
