本文研究了利用挤压管坯冷轧钛及钛合金管材的工艺条件。研究证明,冷轧 OT-4和 BT-5-1钛合金管材时,内径减缩量不应超过(D_з)/(D_(тр)≤1.25~1.35。根据管径的允许减缩量,对于端部装料的ХПТ型冷轧机,心棒的锥度不应大于2tg α=0.015~0.02。冷轧时,压力值与强度极限成正比。冷轧钛合金的破裂现象,在很大程度上取决于减壁的同时管径的减缩,即取决于心棒的锥度。研究表明,BT-1-1合金径1个轧程的允许变形程度可达80%,OT-4合金—70%,BT-5-1合金-65%。设计孔型时,为实现高速度轧制钛及钛合金管材,送料量应取10~12毫米,取总延伸系数μ_∑=2.5~4。
