钻井液润滑剂RF的研制与应用

针对大庆油田的地质特点 ,为满足高密度钻井液润滑的需要 ,将润滑理论与钻井实际情况相结合 ,提出了引入活性元素改善润滑剂在钻具表面的吸附特性 ,并适当提高分子量以提高润滑剂的润滑效率。用极压润滑仪测定 ,该润滑剂密度在 1 .0 3~ 1 .7g/ cm3范围内可使钻井液的润滑系数保持在 0 .1 5以下 ,在钾铵、两性离子等体系中都不影响钻井液的其它性能。同时该润滑剂利用了植物油副产品及其衍生物 ,不仅降低了生产成本 ,而且符合环保要求。RF润滑剂具有作用时间长、作用效率高的特点 ,在大庆油田 2口侧钻水平井和 62口小井眼现场应用中取得了良好的效果。 According to the geological characteristics of Daqing Oilfield, in order to meet the needs of high-density drilling fluid lubrication, combining the lubrication theory with actual drilling conditions, it is proposed that the introduction of active elements can improve the adsorption characteristics of the lubricant on the surface of the drilling tool and appropriately increase the molecular weight to improve lubrication Lubricant efficiency.
