对１２例产后听力下降女性行纯音测听、声导抗检查及Ｇｅｌｌｅ试验，结果显示患耳呈传导性聋８例，混合性聋４例。听力下降、耳鸣在１个月以内者以传导性聋为主，在１个月以上者均为混合性聋。听力曲线与病变程度有关。并讨论了影响女性产后听力的主要因素。
Twelve postnatal hearing loss women performed pure tone audiometry, acoustic impedance test and Gelle test. The results showed that the affected ear was conductive deaf in 8 cases and mixed deaf in 4 cases. Hearing loss, tinnitus within 1 month were mainly conductive deafness, more than 1 month were mixed deafness. Hearing curve and the degree of disease. And discussed the main factors affecting female postpartum hearing.
