无钢衬高压钢筋混凝土岔管系引进技术项目,在我国首次采用。施工中采用少进尺、多循环、周边光爆、锚杆跟进支护的开挖控制技术。较好地解决了Φ36钢筋三维弯曲及模板型式与混凝土泌水、养护的问题;优选配合比解决了泵送混凝土与减少水泥用量和低坍落度的矛盾。国内首次采用6.5MPa高压固结灌浆获得成功。
Non-steel lining high-pressure reinforced concrete bifurcation of the introduction of technology projects in China for the first time. Construction using less footage, multi-cycle, peripheral light burst, bolt follow-up support excavation control technology. Which solves the problem of three-dimensional bending of Φ36 steel bar and template type and bleeding and curing of concrete, and solves the contradiction between pumping concrete and reducing the amount of cement and low slump.
