激光是20世纪以来的一项重大发明,激光焊接技术也随着时代的发展被广泛的应用于工业生产和生物医学的各个领域。传统的焊接技术需要高温条件,焊接工艺过程也非常复杂,而激光焊接技术具有焊件变形小、热影响区小的特点,很多非常具有难度的焊接工作用激光焊接技术来完成就显得轻而易举了。激光焊接技术这种独特的优点,使得其在很多领域得到了广泛应用,并且发展迅速。本文从激光焊接技术的原理出发,探讨了激光焊接技术的参数和激光焊接技术的应用领域。
Laser is a major invention since the 20th century. Laser welding technology has also been widely used in various fields of industrial production and biomedicine with the development of the times. The traditional welding technology needs high temperature conditions and the welding process is also very complicated. However, the laser welding technology has the advantages of small deformation of the weldment and small heat-affected zone. Many very difficult welding work is accomplished by laser welding technology. The unique advantages of laser welding technology, making it widely used in many fields, and the rapid development. In this paper, starting from the principle of laser welding technology, discussed the laser welding technology parameters and laser welding technology applications.
