This article looks at the strengths and weaknesses of small and medium-sized multinationals and details the two forces that have led them to direct investment abroad-power and attractiveness. Through the systematic analysis of the connotation and role of these two forces and the problems faced by small and medium-sized multinationals in the process of OFDI, this paper reveals the essence of this article step by step - actively attracting investments and measures of small and medium-sized multinationals.
