介绍了装备拆卸的内涵与特征,分析了拆卸工序在装备再制造中的地位和作用,提出了面向再制造的可拆卸性设计原则,结合装备拆卸实例分析了可拆卸性设计对再制造的影响。结果表明:装备拆卸是实施再制造的前提和关键步骤之一,装备的可拆卸性设计直接影响再制造的可行性和费效比,可拆卸性设计的原则包括非破坏性拆卸设计、模块化设计、耐磨损设计和结构可预测设计。发动机的拆卸实例验证了可拆卸性设计的合理性是衡量装备拆卸效率与再制造可行性的重要指标。
The connotation and characteristics of equipment disassembly are introduced. The disassembly process’s position and function in equipment remanufacturing are analyzed. The design principle of disassembly for remanufacturing is put forward. The disassembly design is analyzed to analyze the influence of disassembly design on remanufacturing . The results show that the equipment disassembly is one of the prerequisites and key steps in remanufacturing. The disassembly design of equipment directly affects the feasibility and cost efficiency of remanufacturing. The disassembly design principles include nondestructive disassembly design, modularization Design, wear-resistant design and predictable design. The disassembly example of the engine verifies that the rationality of disassembly design is an important index to measure the disassembly efficiency and remanufacturing feasibility.
