报道了３０例正常产妇的初乳和成熟乳的碘含量分别为１３５．６５±５８．２８×１０－ ２ μｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ和５４．８８±２９．２１×１０－ ２ μｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ，经ｔ检验表明初乳与成熟乳的碘含量有极显著性差异，从碘含量的角度再次提示母乳特别是初乳喂养的重要性。
