人才培养是医院在医疗市场化大潮中提高核心竞争力的重要举措,人才战略被视为现代医院提升服务质量,增强发展潜力的重大战略部署。本文就我国公立医院人才培养现状进行研究和分析,并借助发达国家医学人才培养理念,结合我国医疗卫生体制改革的实际,科学提出适应我国公立医院发展的人才培养模式,促使我国公立医院建设起完备的人才培养机制。
Talent training is an important measure for hospitals to enhance their core competitiveness in the tide of medical marketization. Talent strategy is regarded as a major strategic plan for modern hospitals to improve service quality and enhance development potential. This paper studies and analyzes the present situation of talent cultivation in public hospitals in our country. Based on the concept of medical personnel training in developed countries, combined with the actual situation of the medical and health system reform in our country, this paper puts forward scientificly a personnel training model that adapts to the development of public hospitals in our country and urges the establishment of public hospitals in our country Personnel training mechanism.
