目的:探讨柳叶蜡梅水提物对脂肪乳剂致食积证模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用脂肪乳剂隔天灌胃52天建立食积证大鼠模型,同时每天灌胃给予受试药。给药后38天进行D-木糖吸收试验,测定血清D-木糖含量并计算D-木糖相对残留率;末次实验采用幽门结扎法取胃,测定胃内容物体积、胃液体积、胃液酸度、胃液中胃蛋白酶活力和胃蛋白酶排出量、胃组织胃蛋白酶活力,同时取大鼠血清,测定血清中的NO、NOS含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠胃液胃蛋白酶活力和排出量、血清木糖残留率、相对木糖残留率降低,而胃内容物体积、胃液体积、NO、iNOS含量显著性升高。与模型对照组比较,柳叶蜡梅(0.5g/kg、2.0g/kg、4.0g/kg)剂量组大鼠血液木糖残留率和相对木糖残留率、胃蛋白酶排出量均显著性增加,而胃内容物总体积和胃液体积显著性降低,其中柳叶蜡梅低中剂量组(0.5g/kg、2.0g/kg)能显著性降低iNOS含量。结论:柳叶蜡梅能增加大鼠进食量、提高血清D-木糖残留率,减少大鼠胃内容物体积,促进胃蛋白酶的分泌,减少NO、iNOS的产生,提示其有明显的促进消化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of aqueous extract of Chimonyloccoccus laevigata on food accumulation syndrome model induced by fat emulsion. Methods: Fatty emulsion was used to establish food-storage rat model on the next day for 52 days. At the same time, the rats were intragastrically administered with the test drug. The D-xylose absorption test was performed 38 days after the administration, the serum D-xylose content was measured and the relative residual rate of D-xylose was calculated. In the last experiment, the stomach was taken by the pylorus ligation method to determine the gastric contents volume, gastric juice volume, gastric acidity , Pepsin activity and pepsin excretion in gastric juice, pepsin activity in gastric tissue, meanwhile, the serum of rats was taken out to measure the content of NO and NOS in serum. Results: Compared with the normal control group, gastric juice pepsin activity and excretion, serum xylose residual rate and relative xylose residual rate decreased in the model control group, while the gastric contents volume, gastric juice volume, NO, iNOS content increased significantly high. Compared with the model control group, the residual xylose and relative xylose residues and the pepsin excretion were significantly increased in the groups of 0.5g / kg, 2.0g / kg and 4.0g / kg , While the total volume of gastric contents and volume of gastric juice significantly decreased, among which the low and middle dose group (0.5g / kg, 2.0g / kg) could significantly reduce the content of iNOS. Conclusion: Liu Ye Chuan Mei can increase food intake, increase the rate of serum D-xylose residues, reduce the volume of rat stomach contents, promote the secretion of pepsin and reduce the production of NO and iNOS, indicating that it has obvious digestion promotion effect.
