为了提高收割机拨禾轮的工作效率以及改进现有偏心式拨禾轮的弊端。提出一种新型齿轮-凸轮组合式拨禾轮装置,通过齿轮和凸轮的组合,可以改变拨禾轮在转动过程中有规律速度的变化并且弹齿垂直进入穗头,提高拨禾轮的工作效率。对装置进行了功能叙述、关键零件的设计,包括凸轮轮廓的设计、主轴的力学分析等。运用MATLAB和Solid Works设计出了凸轮的轮廓,运用ANSYS得到了主轴的静力学分析结构和动载下的振型和固有频率。通过设计分析,提出的新型拨禾轮切实可行。

The contour of the cam is designed by using MATLAB and Solid Works. The static analysis structure of the spindle and the mode shape and natural frequency under dynamic load are obtained by ANSYS. Through the design analysis, the proposed new reel is feasible.
