利用周围神经具有的营养及趋化性,找出周围神经断裂后自行修复的最佳间隙。选用Wistar大白鼠40只随机分为4组。将其双侧坐骨神经切断并部分切除,实验侧分别留有3.0,5.0,7.0和10.0mm的间隙,用同种异体鼠的大血管分别套接坐骨神经的两端对照组神经切断后直接吻合。8周后行各组实验侧、对照侧活体坐骨神经电生理测定,通过神经干复合动作电位峰值(NAP)、振幅积分(NA-PA)评估周围神经再生情况。结果表明3.0,5.0mm小间隙神经再生最佳;7.0mm神经再生差;10.0mm神经再生更差。小间隙有利于周围神经再生,最佳间隙3.0~5.0mm。
The use of peripheral nerves have the nutrition and chemotaxis, to find the best repair of the peripheral nerve after the fracture gap. 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The bilateral sciatic nerve cut off and partial resection, the experimental side were left 3.0, 5.0,7.0 and 10.0mm gap, with allogeneic rats were sutured the sciatic nerve ends of the control group Nerve cut directly after the match. After 8 weeks, the sciatic nerve electrophysiology was performed on the experimental side and the control side, and the peripheral nerve regeneration was evaluated by NAP and NA-PA. The results showed that 3.0, 5.0 mm small gap nerve regeneration best; 7.0 mm poor nerve regeneration; 10.0 mm nerve regeneration worse. Small gap is conducive to peripheral nerve regeneration, the best gap 3.0 ~ 5.0mm.
