本文主要介绍智能协作办公系统ＩＣ－ＯＦＦＩＣＥ 中的工作流管理功能及其实现技术．ＩＣ－ＯＦＦＩＣＥ 系统是结合ＭＡＳ技术和ＣＳＣＷ 技术而研制的人机共栖协同办公原型系统，系统通过构造办公助手主体、协作控制主体、信息共享主体、协作文件夹管理主体、工作流管理主体、知识库管理主体、文档管理主体等多个智能主体，支持办公人员实现协同工作和信息共享．
This article mainly introduces the workflow management function and its realization technology in IC-OFFICE. The IC-OFFICE system is a human-computer collaboration prototype system based on MAS technology and CSCW technology. The system is composed of office assistant main body, collaborative control main body, information sharing main body, collaborative folder main body, workflow management main body, knowledge base Management body, document management body and many other intelligent subjects to support office staff to achieve collaborative work and information sharing.
