对中棉所20 的低酚等主要性状的遗传特异性研究表明,两对纯合双隐性基因gl2gl2gl3gl3 能够稳定遗传,花器外观表现为雌蕊柱头短,雄蕊花丝长且早散粉,大大降低异交率。因此,在不隔离种植情况下,可保持低酚棉大田纯度在98% 以上。同时,采用拓展亲本来源、复合杂交等手段,克服了低酚棉遗传变异率低,以及遗传单一的弊端。中棉所20 综合经济性状优于有酚棉中棉所16,且其叶绿素、蛋白质降低缓慢,SOD、POD酶的含量高、活性强
Genetic analysis of the main traits such as low phenol content in Chinese cotton institute 20 indicated that the two pairs of homozygous double recessive genes gl2gl2gl3gl3 could be inherited stably. The appearance of flower was pistil stigma short, the stamen filaments were long and scattered earlier, greatly reducing outcrossing rate. Therefore, under the condition of not isolating and planting, the purity of low-phenol cotton field can be maintained at more than 98%. At the same time, the methods of expanding parental origin and compound hybridization were adopted to overcome the low genetic variation rate of low-phenolic cotton and the single genetic defect. The comprehensive economic traits of CTP 20 were better than those of cotton CIMC 16, and the content of chlorophyll and protein decreased slowly, the contents of SOD and POD enzymes were high, and the activity was strong
