本文报导和歌山4~#高炉(有效容积2700m~3)从风口连续喷吹氧化铁粉,调查高炉直接使用铁矿粉的可能性和铁水成分变化的结果。实验方法: 1)原准备用球团原料等作为喷吹原料,但为了省去干燥工序而采用了高炉地区回收的炉尘(见表)。 2)喷吹设备使用喷煤粉装置,按照二段多分配原则从12个风口(共有28个风口)喷吹。
This paper reports Wakayama 4 ~ # blast furnace (effective volume of 2700m ~ 3) from the tuyere continuous spraying of iron oxide powder to investigate the possibility of direct use of iron ore blast furnace and molten iron composition changes results. Experimental methods: 1) Pellets raw materials were originally prepared as raw materials for injection, but dust recovered in blast furnace areas (see table) was used to eliminate the drying process. 2) The injection equipment used pulverized coal injection device, in accordance with the principle of multi-distribution of the second paragraph from 12 tuyeres (a total of 28 tuyeres) injection.
