目的对优质护理在心内科护理中的应用进行全面分析,以总结有益的临床护理经验。方法选取2015年12月~2016年5月我院收治的心内科患者78例作为研究对象,以数字随机抽取法分成优质组与基础组,各39例。基础组予以基础性常规护理,优质组开展优质护理,对两组临床相关数据进行收集统计,观察两组的护理效果,并调查两组患者的关于护理满意度情况。结果优质组患者的护理效果显著优于基础组,其对护理的总满意度为97.44%(38/39),高于基础组的69.23%(27/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理心内科患者的过程中,优质护理能够帮助患者加快恢复,促进治疗效果,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,并且有效增强了临床全方位服务的水平,因此,优质护理应用在心内科护理中是值得推广的护理措施。
Objective To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the application of quality nursing in cardiology and nursing to summarize beneficial clinical nursing experience. Methods From December 2015 to May 2016, 78 cases of cardiology patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object, divided into high quality group and basic group by random sampling, and each group had 39 cases. The basic group was given basic routine nursing and high quality group to carry out high quality nursing. The clinical data of the two groups were collected and statistically observed. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and the satisfaction degree of the two groups was also investigated. Results The quality of care of patients in high quality group was significantly better than that of basic group. The total satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.44% (38/39), which was higher than that of basic group (69.23%, 27/39) (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with cardiology, quality nursing can help patients to speed up the recovery, promote the treatment effect, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, and effectively enhance the clinical full-service level, therefore, the application of quality nursing in cardiology Nursing is worth promoting the nursing measures.
