电耗是电炉钢生产中一项重要的技术经济指标,它基本体现了电弧炉(以下简称电炉)炼钢车间的技术水平和管理水平。根据我国目前能源比较紧张,还不能充分满足实际生产需要的情况,如何改进电炉操作工艺,降低电耗,更有着重要意义。下面是我们按本厂的原料及设备条件,根据炉内冶炼状况及化学反应原理,提高钢锭合格率以及降低电耗所采取的一些具体措施,其效果比较显著。分述如下:
Electricity consumption is an important technical and economic index in EAF production. It basically reflects the technical level and management level of electric arc furnace (hereinafter referred to EAF) steelmaking workshop. According to China’s current energy shortage, but also can not fully meet the actual production needs of the situation, how to improve the EAF process, reduce power consumption, more important. The following is our factory according to the raw materials and equipment conditions, according to furnace smelting conditions and chemical reaction principle, to improve the pass rate of steel ingots and reduce the power consumption taken by some specific measures, the effect is more significant. As follows:
