本站自九七年一月至九八年十二月二年间共施行人工流产2640例,其中有剖宫产史的早孕对象295例,占11.17％。由于手术者仔细认真,均顺利完成人工流产手术,手术一次成功。无并发症发生。现报告如下: 一、一般资料:有剖宫产史,停经98天以内,经妇科检查及B超检查证实宫内妊娠,其中孕周<10周之内233例,孕周>10周62例,剖宫产距本次人工流产时间,最短4个月,最长13年,多数在一年之内。
