研究了使用分光光度法测定乳及乳粉中的硫氰酸钠及乳及乳粉中硫氰酸钠的测定条件,获得了较好的结果。本方法的回收率在92.0%~99.5%之间,标准曲线的回归方程的相关系数r=0.9998,RSD≤4.51%。乳最低检出限为0.05 mg/L;乳粉最低检出限0.5 mg/kg。本文研究的测定方法操作简便、测定成本较低、准确度高,可用于乳及乳粉中硫氰酸钠的定量测定。
The spectrophotometric method for the determination of sodium thiocyanate in milk and milk powder and the determination conditions of sodium thiocyanate in milk powder was studied and the better results were obtained. The recoveries of this method ranged from 92.0% to 99.5%. The regression equation of the standard curve had a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9998 with RSD ≤ 4.51%. The minimum detectable limit of milk is 0.05 mg / L; the minimum detectable limit of milk powder is 0.5 mg / kg. The assay method studied in this paper is simple and easy to operate, low cost, high accuracy, and can be used for the quantitative determination of sodium thiocyanate in milk and milk powder.
