目的:探讨输液护理过程中的常见问题及防范策略。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月我院收治的接受输液治疗的患者200例作为研究对象,有效观察以及总结输液护理中的常见问题,并且提出针对性的防范策略。结果:通过及时发现问题和提出针对性的防范策略极大程度上提高了输液患者护理满意度,整体满意度达到96%。结论:输液护理是临床救治的重要组成部分,在输液护理存在多种问题会极大程度上影响医疗服务质量,导致护患纠纷的产生。因此临床上要加强对输液护理过程中常见问题到总结分析,并在此基础之上提出防范策略,提高护理满意度和护理质量。
Objective: To probe into the common problems in infusion nursing and preventive strategies. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2017, 200 patients admitted to our hospital receiving infusion therapy were selected as the research objects to effectively observe and summarize the common problems in infusion nursing and to propose targeted preventive strategies. Results: Satisfaction of patients in infusion therapy was greatly improved through timely detection of the problems and the proposed preventive strategies, with overall satisfaction reaching 96%. Conclusion: Infusion nursing is an important part of clinical treatment. Various problems in transfusion nursing will greatly affect the quality of medical service, resulting in the emergence of nurse-patient disputes. Therefore, clinically to strengthen the infusion of common problems in the nursing process to summarize the analysis, and on this basis to put forward preventive strategies to improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care.
