薄板生产是具有高度复杂性的一项技术,它包括板坯及叠板的加热、轧制、酸洗及退火等工序。薄板生产所要求的质量较高,尤其在轧制方面对板坯或叠板加热的均匀性要求极严,不然就会造成钢板的严重粘结,以致报废。目前,在加热薄板坯方面,最常用且较理想的就是链式活动炉底加热炉。板坯或叠板的加热是在链条上的二片炉爪上面进行的,利用链条的运动,带动板坯从炉子的一端进入,通过整个炉膛而从另一端将加热好的板坯送往轧钢机。炉爪本身则随着链条转入炉底的缓冷坑内,在空气中冷却。
Sheet production is a highly complex technique that involves the heating, rolling, pickling and annealing of slabs and stacks. The quality required for sheet production is high, and in particular the requirements for the uniformity of slab or sheet heating in rolling are extremely stringent, otherwise severe adhesion of the sheet will result, resulting in scrap. Currently, the most common and preferred heating chain slab furnace is a chain-operated hearth furnace. The heating of the slab or stack is carried out on two plates of the claw on the chain. By means of the movement of the chain, the slab is driven in from one end of the furnace, and the heated slab is sent to the rolling through the entire hearth from the other end machine. The claw itself is transferred into the slow cooling pit of the hearth as the chain is cooled in the air.
