湘钢1号高炉铜冷却壁的主要破损形式是水管断裂和完全熔损。通过对破损铜冷却壁取样分析,初步探讨分析了铜冷却壁的破损机理。认为,原燃料变化频繁和高炉操作不稳定等原因导致渣皮不稳,铜冷却壁热面长时间暴露在高温煤气和炉料中,使铜冷却壁产生较大应力,在水管部位产生剪切力使水管断裂,而水管断裂后,采用卡死水管或穿金属软管等方式的冷却效果都较差,所以在铜冷却壁破损后期破损加剧,使得大量的铜冷却壁完全熔损。
The main damage form of the copper stave of Xiangtan Iron and Steel No. 1 blast furnace is the fracture of the water pipe and the complete melting loss. By analyzing the damaged copper stave, the damage mechanism of copper stave is analyzed. It is considered that frequent change of raw fuel and instability of blast furnace lead to instability of slag skins. Hot surface of copper stave is exposed to high temperature gas and charge for a long time, which causes large stress on copper stave and produces shear force in water pipe. When the water pipe is broken, the cooling effect of using the stuck water pipe or the metal hose is poor, so the damage is accelerated in the later stage of the damage of the copper stave, which makes the massive copper stave completely melted.
