采用CFD方法对某车型的空调系统外循环进气工况进行数值模拟,得到不同入口流量条件下水分离系统内部气流压力损失。结果发现原设计方案空调进风效果差,不能满足空调进气性能评价指标,影响空调整体性能。通过CFD方法提出优化设计方案,模拟与试验测试结果高度贴合。优化方案满足了进气指标,有效提高了空调整体性能。
The CFD method was used to simulate the air intake system outside the air conditioning system of a certain type of vehicle. The air pressure loss in the water separation system was obtained under different inlet flow rates. The results showed that the original design air-conditioning effect of poor air-conditioning, air-conditioning can not meet the performance evaluation index, affecting the overall performance of air-conditioning. Through the CFD method to put forward the optimal design scheme, the simulation and test results are highly consistent. Optimization program to meet the intake indicator, effectively improve the overall performance of air conditioning.
