目的初步探讨应用放射性125I粒子植入治疗原发性肝癌患者的疗效。方法对8例不能手术的肝癌患者,用计算机三维治疗计划系统(TPS)制定其粒子治疗计划,在CT定位引导下,经皮穿刺,按照计划将放射性125I粒子永久性植入肿瘤内持续照射,每个病灶10~30颗,平均24颗。2个月后CT复查了解肿块大小,评价临床疗效。结果8例中CR 3例,PR 3例,NC 1例,PD 1例,总有效率75.0%(6/8)。结论放射性125I粒子植入治疗原发性肝癌,方法简便易行,安全有效,创伤小,并发症低,为肝癌综合治疗增加了新的手段,值得临床进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of radioactive 125I seed implantation in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods Totally 8 patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were enrolled in this study. Their particle therapy plans were established by computerized three-dimensional planning system (TPS). Percutaneous puncture was performed under the guidance of CT positioning and radioactive 125I particles were permanently implanted into the tumor for continuous irradiation. Each lesion 10 to 30, an average of 24. After 2 months CT review understand the size of the tumor, evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results Among the 8 cases, 3 were CR, 3 were PR, 1 was NC, and 1 was PD. The total effective rate was 75.0% (6/8). Conclusion Radioactive 125I seed implantation for primary liver cancer is simple, safe, effective and has less trauma and complications. It is a new method for the comprehensive treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and deserves further clinical study.
