目的调查连云港地区汉族无关个体的15个STR基因座(D8S1179、D21S11、CSF1PO、D3S1358、D7S820、TH01、D13S317、D2S1338、D18S51、D16S539、TPOX、vWA、D19S433、D5S818、FGA)多态性,研究其在法医学检验中的应用价值。方法用AmpFlSTR IdentifilerTM五色荧光标记系统对新鲜血样进行15个基因座的复合扩增,用ABI3130XL全自动测序仪对扩增产物进行检测,用GeneMapper软件进行基因分型。结果 15个基因座累积个人识别能力值为0.9999999999,累积非父排除率达99.999%,家系调查符合孟德尔遗传规律。结论含有15个STR基因座的五色荧光标记复合扩增系统适合用于个体识别和亲子鉴定。
Objective To investigate the polymorphisms of fifteen STR loci (D8S1179, D21S11, CSF1PO, D3S1358, D7S820, TH01, D13S317, D2S1338, D18S51, D16S539, TPOX, vWA, D19S433, D5S818, FGA) unrelated to Han population in Lianyungang area. The value of forensic science in the test. Methods A total of 15 loci were amplified by AmpFlSTR IdentifilerTM five-color fluorescent labeling system. The amplification products were detected by ABI3130XL automated sequencer and genotyped by GeneMapper software. Results The accumulative personal identification ability of 15 loci was 0.9999999999, the accumulative non-parent exclusion rate was 99.999%. The pedigree investigation accorded with Mendel ’s genetic rule. Conclusion A five-color fluorescence labeled multiplex amplification system containing 15 STR loci is suitable for individual identification and paternity testing.
