本文对 2 0例无症状HBsAg携带者及其 8例子女 5年后自然转阴外周血淋巴细胞的SCE频率进行了研究 ,同时将 2 0例成人无症状HBsAg携带者及其 8例携带者子女作为配对组 ,35例成人和 10例儿童HBsAg阴性的健康者作为正常对照组 ,均进行了SCE频率的研究。结果表明 ,无症状HBsAg携带者及其子女自然转阴后SCE平均频率明显低于转阴前的配对组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与正常对照组相比 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )这些结果说明机体自身具有对HBV感染所致DNA损伤修复的能力。
In this paper, 20 cases of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers and their 8 children 5 years after the natural conversion of peripheral blood lymphocytes SCE frequency was studied at the same time 20 cases of adult asymptomatic HBsAg carriers and 8 carriers of their children As a matched group, 35 healthy adults and 10 healthy children with HBsAg-negative children as normal control group, were conducted SCE frequency studies. The results showed that the mean SCE frequency of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers and their children after spontaneous negative conversion was significantly lower than that of the negative control group (P <0.05), which was not significantly different from the normal control group P> 0.05) These results indicate that the body itself has the ability to repair DNA damage caused by HBV infection.
