采用机械搅拌法液态模锻成形工艺 ,制取了 5 %SiC颗粒增强铸铝基复合材料。研究了比压对其抗拉强度、塑性和硬度的影响 ,并分析了其显微组织和力学性能。
Using mechanical stirring liquid forging forming process, made of 5% SiC particle reinforced cast aluminum matrix composites. The effects of specific pressure on the tensile strength, plasticity and hardness of the composites were investigated. The microstructure and mechanical properties were also analyzed.
