淮北大堤兰桥洼堤段堤基浅层为砂壤土相对透水层,且有古河床分布,历年汛期水位上滩情况下内堤脚即渗水严重,为防汛重点防守堤段。在淮北大堤加固工程中,设计采用水泥土搅拌桩截渗墙对该段堤基进行截渗加固。截渗工程于2007年汛前施工完成,汛期就遭遇了2007年洪水考验,堤基渗漏得到了有效控制,截渗效果明显。
