激光拼焊技术是将两块或多块具有相同或不同机械性能、不同表面状态的钢板使用激光焊接的方法连接成毛坯件 ,然后进行整体冲压成轿车结构件。近几年 ,激光拼焊技术在欧美等国得到迅速发展 ,其运用的重点也逐渐从最初解决板宽发展到主要解决降低车身重量、降低油耗和减少污染排放。这对减少加工工序、降低成本 ,提高生产效率、减少材料消耗都有十分重要的作用。通过激光拼焊技术减少了原先多道冲压工序次数 ,现改为一次冲压成形 ,对控制板材冲压成形废品率起到一定的作用。激光拼焊板以其高质量、高效益、低成本备受汽车和钢铁工业界的极大关注。本文详细阐述了激光拼焊技术在轿车上应用的情况 ,并就国内激光拼焊技术的发展和研究作了介绍。
