我们加工偏心工件(图1)时,采用了装夹方便的夹具(图2)。工件首先按偏心要求粗车留余量,再车削图中未注偏心的各直径尺寸至图纸要求。在制作夹具时,轴套2粗车后攻好丝孔,再装夹在三爪卡盘上精车内孔,孔径为φ+2e(φ—基圆;e—偏心距),再精车端面。只要控制好φ+2e的尺寸精度,工件的精度即可保证。此夹具可使偏心工件变为不偏心工件来加工,并可保证偏心精度。
